Frequently Asked Gallery Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express yet.
What are your store hours?
A list of our regular store hours can be found on the "Contact Us" page, and we are always willing to schedule times both before and after regular store hours. Just give us a call and let us know when you'd like to come in to the gallery.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we sell gift certificates for use in our gallery. The gift certificate can be made out to any person or organization and for any amount you choose. If you'd like to give us a call ahead of time, we can have the gift certificate printed and waiting when you arrive.
Do you have any evening hours?
Yes, we are open on Thursday nights until 7:00 p.m., and we are always willing to schedule times both before and after regular store hours. Just give us a call and let us know when you'd like to come in to the gallery.
Will my custom framing job be done in-house?
Virtually every piece that is brought to our shop will have the work done in our in-house workshop. The few exceptions are plaque mounts (which are sent to Cananda), pieces over 40 inches that need to be dry mounted, and over-size pieces that need to be scanned.
How long does it take to have something custom framed?
Most jobs are completed in about a week. We get three supply deliveries per week, so we can get whatever materials we need very quickly. In the event you need to get a job done on short notice, we stock about 100 moulding and have hundreds of mats on hand. If our stock materials will work for you, we can in most cases produce a custom framed piece the same day.
Are your prices competitive with the "Big Box" chain stores?
Yes, our prices are very competitive, even when compared to chain store discount coupons of 30-60% OFF. Our high volume, in-house production, and low overhead costs, allow us to guarantee that we will beat the prices of any area retail custom picture framing company.

Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
Does Conservation Glass really make a difference?
ABSOLUTELY. Anything worth preserving is worth the relatively small additional cost of UV filtering Conservation Glass. Of particular concern is anything that is 4-color printed (posters, etc.). They can show significant damage in just a few years in a bright room.
