If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the design of your project, just return it within 14 days and we'll redesign it without additional charges. New design must be of equal or lesser value. In the event the new design has a higher value, you pay only the difference.
Furthermore, materials and workmanship provided by Finger Lakes Gallery & Frame are guaranteed for the life of the project. We will repair or replace any portion of a project that exhibits a defect in materials or craftsmanship.
Guarantee does not apply to damage caused by abuse, shipping and transportation, or exposure to the elements.
